Lisa Zinsius Supka
Lisa Z weaves the story as director and producer for this multimedia project. An award winning media professor and personality, she brings over three decades of storytelling experience through film, radio, podcast, live performance and print. Lisa believes in the power of the story and has mentored over 10,000 students in sharing their voice with the world.
Lisa is the US media rep for Wolfshäger Hexenbrut’s Fall 2024 US tour and the founder of Witch Dance United and SandWitches of New England.

"What is it exactly you do?" people ask, and the answer often surprises them.
“I lead a group of empowered women (most of whom I never met) dressed as witches dancing belly dance style to German techno music on the beach under the full moon. You can call me crazy, but hundreds of ladies ask to join me or groups like mine every day. They are wives, mothers, grandmothers. They are educators, business owners, lawyers, and nurses. One even worked in the White House. All dressing as witches, dancing with women they never even met, but whom they now found a sisterhood. They dance in parades, at community events, and in my group, renaissance faires. Their families and friends think they have gone a bit crazy. But if crazy is this adventure, they are my tribe.”
